Nichole Perez, FRP – Paralegal

With nearly two decades of experience in commercial litigation and trial support, Nichole Perez brings a steady hand and a sharp mind to every legal team she’s a part of. Her journey began in the bustling legal corridors of Tampa, then Chicago and Dallas, where she honed her skills across a broad spectrum of litigation support—everything from electronic discovery and trial preparation to deposition coordination and document production.

Today, as a seasoned paralegal with over 18 years in the field, Nichole is known for her ability to manage complex cases with precision and poise. Whether it’s assisting with trial strategy, preparing key pleadings, coordinating with clients and opposing counsel, or navigating the fast-paced environment of mediation or arbitration, she is a critical force behind the scenes. Her deep expertise spans litigation and dispute resolution, as well as fiduciary, trust, and probate litigation—fields in which she’s developed a strong reputation for dependability and dedication.

Nichole earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix, where she was also inducted into Alpha Phi Sigma, the national criminal justice honor society. Beyond her academic achievements, she remains deeply committed to civic engagement and legal ethics. She has served as a Guardian ad Litem since 2017, represented the Florida Bar as a Grievance Committee member from 2018 to 2021, and currently contributes her time to the Circuit 6 Foster Parent Board.

Outside of the courtroom and conference calls, Nichole’s world revolves around children—both her own and those she advocates for within the foster care system. She is a passionate voice in dependency matters, an active mentor for fellow foster parents, and a dedicated presence in her community. If she’s not at the beach (her happy place), she’s likely on the soccer field, at a Disney park, or cheering from the sidelines of a gymnastics meet.

Nichole’s story is one of purpose, professionalism, and heart—a blend that continues to guide her both in her legal career and in the lives she touches beyond it.
